The safest and easiest way for us to ensure our system runs smoothly and you are not disappointed is to:
 
 Pause your account once a delivery has arrived or before your next due payment date.  Once paid for it take man hours to sort and readjust our system. Once an order is on the lorry and on its way to you we can't stop it and as you will appreciate it is frozen goods and so returning is not an option.

  1. If you are expecting a delivery and are also wanting to pause your account, 

Please wait until your order arrives before doing so. If you pause your account while awaiting a delivery, the scheduled delivery will be impacted by the pause and knocked off the system.

   2. If you  are awaiting on an order you have paid for and still wish to receive the order, 

Please wait until your order has arrived before you pause your account.
