Yes. In the week before your delivery date, we'll email you:
- 2/3 days before your payment is due to be taken, letting you know when we'll take payment
- Letting you know if the payment was a success
- If so, we'll email you letting you know your pet's food has left us and is on it's way to DPD
- DPD will email you letting you know they have your pet's food and confirm the delivery date
- DPD will you confirming the delivery was successful
