Do you send email reminders about upcoming deliveries?

Yes. In the week before your delivery date, we'll email you:

• 2/3 days before your payment is due to be taken, letting you know when we'll take payment
• Letting you know if the payment was a success
• If so, we'll email you letting you know your pet's food has left us and is on it's way to DPD
• DPD will email you letting you know they have your pet's food and confirm the delivery date
• DPD will you confirming the delivery was successful
