You can change the delivery address on your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet. After your order has left us, the address can’t be changed.
- In your Dashboard, look below your pet’s icon to find the "Edit order" option.
- A screen will appear. Select the ‘Edit Address’ option.
- You’ll see a drop-down list of addresses linked to your account.
- Select the address you want to use.
- Click ‘Update address’ to save this as the delivery address for just this order.
- If you want all future orders sent to this address, tick ‘Set as default delivery address’ and then click ‘Update address’.
If it does not allow you to change your delivery address, you will need to contact our Customer Care Team. You can reach them via live chat (10 to 5, Monday to Friday), at hello@bellaandduke.com or on 01738505031 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm or Saturday 9am-5pm.
If the address does not appear, you will need to add it first. To do this:
- On the Account page, select the ‘Add address’ option.
- Enter the required details, including the postcode.
- Under the question ‘Add as a delivery address?’, select ‘Yes’.
- Select ‘Add’.
- For security, a PIN will be sent to the email address linked to your account.
- Enter the PIN and select ‘Verify’.
