How to report a problem with your delivery

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time in perfect condition, there are occasionally issues with deliveries.

If you have any queries or problems, please email us at hello@bellaandduke.com, letting us know:

• Your name
• The email address on your account
• Your postcode
• What the issue is (including pictures if relevant)
• Any other information you'd like us to know

This way we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you and get your pet's delicious food to their bowl as soon as we can.
