How does your subscription work?

Your subscription is unique to you and your pet. We work out the initial delivery frequency by dividing our box size by your pet’s recommended daily amount to make sure you don’t run out. By logging into your account, you can change delivery size, daily feeding amount and flavours as often as you like. And for extra convenience you can move or cancel deliveries at any time too. Of course, if you’d prefer to speak to our Customer Care team, they’ll be happy to help.
