If your next delivery is due before you need the food, you can move your delivery date without having to cancel your account - you can do this by logging into your customer portal - here
To cancel your account:
- Go to the "Account" section in your customer portal
- Click the orange 'Cancel' button in the 'Your deliveries' panel, on mobile devices you may need to scroll to find this
- Finally, confirm you would like to cancel your subscription on the next page.
- We will ask you some questions as to why you would like to cancel your subscription with us as we would like to understand if we can provide you with more support and, how we can enhance our services.
Please note, if a payment has been taken, cancelling your account will not cancel your upcoming delivery.
To cancel a delivery, please contact our customer care team at least 48 hours before delivery to see if this is possible.
