To cancel an order, go to the Subscription page of your customer account and, in the Next Delivery panel, select Change Date button. A calendar will pop up with available delivery dates in white (dates greyed out mean they're not available).
For active orders, this refers to an order where payment has been taken, you can change the date up to 48 hours before dispatch. Within 48 hours of dispatch, changing the delivery will not be applied to this active order, but the order after.
