If you’re running out of food before your next delivery, your pet might be eating more each day than expected. First, check our dog or cat food calculator to see how much your pet should eat daily. These amounts are estimates, so your pet may need a bit more or less.
To increase the feeding amount:
Go to the Subscription page in your account.
In the ‘What’s in your box’ section, click the ‘Adjust Portions’ button.
Find your pet’s profile and use the slider to increase the daily amount.
When you’re finished, click ‘Done Adjusting’ to save your changes.
