If you're running out of food before your next scheduled delivery, your pet may eat more each day than you initially signed up. To start, check how much your pet should be eating each day using our dog food calculator or cat food calculator. Please note that the amounts provided are estimates, and your pet may need slightly more or less food.
To increase the feeding amount in your customer account, log in and head to the Subscription screen. Select 'Change daily amount' on the Daily Amount tab. Increase the daily amount by inputting the figure or using the slider. Select 'See final summary' to review the amends. If you're happy with them, select 'Accept changes and save the subscription'. To make further amends at this stage, select 'Back to feed change'.
While adjusting the daily food amount, this error message may pop up.
Don't be alarmed! It's telling you that by increasing your pets daily food amount, the delivery frequency (how often you get deliveries) has dropped below 7 days - our minimum delivery frequency.
Select 'OK' to close the pop-up. Then hit the back button to return to the previous page, or select Subscription from the menu. Head to the 'Delivery size' tab and select 'Change delivery size'. Increase the delivery frequency so it's more than 7 days, and select 'Save order size'.
Now, you go back to the 'Daily amount' tab and amend your pet's daily food amount, following the previous steps.
