To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and head to the Subscription page. In the Your Deliveries panel, select 'Chat with us'. Buddy, our AI assistant will appear. Type into Buddy that you want to cancel your subscription. Buddy will guide you through the process.
Please note, if a payment has been taken, cancelling your account will not cancel your upcoming delivery.
